Ingredients


Makes: 1 serving
  • 1 medium tomato, or ½ cup (125 ml) canned diced tomato
  • 4 oz (112 g) boneless, skinless, chicken breast filets
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 Tbsp (7.5 ml) Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla wrap

Preparation


 
  • Dice tomato. Toss together tomato, chicken, beans, and salsa mix in a Rectangular Steamer.
  • Cover with lid and microwave on high for 5 min, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Dish up with a warm tortilla.
