lean ground beef
1 tbsp
1 cup
Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 cup
Creamy Guacamole Dip, prepared
12 cup
grated low-fat cheddar cheese
12 cup
shredded lettuce

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. In a fry pan, brown beef over medium-high heat
  3. Drain excess fat, add Fajita Seasoning, and place in an oven-safe dish.
  4. Layer salsa and guacamole over beef and top with cheese.
  5. Bake with lid off for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Top with lettuce and serve.
